AGOGE-prep

Mari Weider

Sooo part of the Agoge prep is to start thinking in English again. We will be together With Our Group of People for over 70 hours, and the one single Language everybody understands is English. Yeah well except for a couple of Spanish guys...will be interesting communicating there;)

Anyhow...today I went to the stores - again - buying more interesting stuff I will probably never ever use but this one time...tarp, sharpening steel, more ductape, and some stuff I will use again..but that still are very expensive - gloves (water and Wind proof), woolsocks and a wool beenie. Mohahaha pink one, so will look sweet the first hours ;) But anyhow...soon I amready now, just pick up two more Parcels at the Postoffice, and start checking that I have it all.

Hehe so the wine is not going...it is just a present that I will have back home to celebrait with if I manage to finish the Agoge!

And as if that wasnt enough...I went by the gym on my way to work, missed 30 minuts because of the shopping, but still got a good Agoge-prep session:

- 30 minuts walking on the threadmill With weightvest, 12 kg kettlebell in each hand and 10 % hillclimb. Thought that would be easy...but damn....

- 10 burpees + 30-60 sek hold over head With 8 kg kettlebell in each hand x 6

- 12 squatpress With 8 kg medicinball + 60 sec plank With weightvest/10 kg on the back x 4

- coreexercise

- some monkeybusiness in the monkeybars

Doesn't seem so much, but it really was a good workout...and I am starting to panic light about not having startet to workout earlier With the plank and coreexercises...Yeah and the overheadcarrying...damn that is hard! Well...just have to work on that mental stuff then...

Love Mari <3
